Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5jlbet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5jlbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5jlbet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 5jlbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 5jlbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, 5jlbet may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method but 5jlbet aims to complete approved withdrawals within one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 5jlbet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5jlbet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5jlbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of 5jlbet.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5jlbet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including players who have previously violated these Terms or whose account is under review.
All games available on the 5jlbet platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified systems. Random number generators (RNGs) used in electronic games are independently tested to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from verified studios with trained dealers operating under established protocols.
A wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation from the 5jlbet platform. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is issued, the wager will be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance. 5jlbet reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunctions — 5jlbet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. Players may not knowingly exploit manifest errors. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be considered void.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with 5jlbet customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 5jlbet's decision on game outcome disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jlbet platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 5jlbet account. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including using a strong and unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available by the platform.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 5jlbet immediately via the support channels listed on the platform. 5jlbet will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the review period. 5jlbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
5jlbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your 5jlbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
